Please read these terms carefully before using Trainioapp.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trainioapp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Trainioapp is a fitness social platform that connects workout buddies and personal trainers. The App allows users to:

• Create a fitness profile and connect with others
• Match with workout buddies and personal trainers
• Chat and share media with connections
• Book and manage personal training sessions
• Discover workout spots and events on the map

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trainioapp. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 18.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Trainioapp to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

6. Trainer Listings and Bookings

Trainioapp facilitates connections between users and personal trainers. We do not employ trainers and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the training services provided. All bookings and payments between users and trainers are the responsibility of the parties involved.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Trainioapp offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the payment terms of the respective app store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8. Privacy

Your use of Trainioapp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Trainioapp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Trainioapp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trainioapp is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainioapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
